Flexibility of this system allows for adjusting to the contents and accommodating larger objects that wouldn't fit in a solid cabinet. This makes Collapsar suitable for use as a shoe rack (with recycled rubber for waterproofing and easy cleaning), clothing cabinet (with fabric or felt for a dry environment), pantry (with rubber, foil, or fabric for storing vegetables and other food), or even for commercial storage purposes for large and bulky objects (such as dried flowers, tubes, drawings/rolls, bags, and more) using rubber or vinyl. The system can also be used for other purposes, such as dog beds or seating.
Collapsar is designed for the customer to assemble the cabinet themselves from simple parts that are supplied as a flat pack. It includes 2 side panels (and possibly a top panel), 3-4 module poles to which the flexible material is attached, and end "screws" that allow for connecting the structure. The system allows for opening the doors with one hand and multiple shelves can be opened at once. Additionally, the top panel can be inserted into the slot of the bottom panel, which makes manipulation easier.
