Ergonomic pro level Controllers for HTC Vive
Design for a pair of controllers for HTC VIVE. It utilizes existing technology and adds something extra. The Pro controller is created for creatives, artists, and professionals. It utilizes the precision of the system and enhances it with more detailed control through a 3D trackball. Now, you can finely adjust the size and transparency of the brush or move it in space.

At first, research was conducted on existing models and then they were tested. I chose VIVE because it seemed more precise for drawing and the controllers resembled some kind of tool. That was my goal, to create a tool for artists, so I started shaping the brush. After several iterations, the shape achieved a harmony of size and ergonomics. I replaced the trackpad with a trackball. I replaced the grip buttons with squeeze sensors for a more immersive grip feel. The overall shape is smaller and lighter compared to the VIVE controller.
